In-Game Calendar Shows Uldir, the First BfA Raid, Will Open Starting September 4th
The World of Warcraft in-game calendar has been updated with information about the release of the first Battle for Azeroth raid, Uldir. The calendar shows that the raid will open for Normal and Heroic versions on September 4th (NA - September 5th EU) and that the Mythic and LFR (wing 1 only) versions will open on September 11th. LFR Wing 2 is scheduled for September 25th and LFR Wing 3 will open on October 9th. BioWare Team Delays Several Act 1 Calendar Features Including the Cataclysm Event
As a result of "prioritizing things like bug fixes, stability and game flow", several of Anthem's Act 1 Calendar Features are being delayed. This includes the Cataclysm event, the Mastery System, Guilds, Legendary Missions - Phase 2, Weekly Stronghold Challenges, Leaderboards, and some Freeplay Events. "We set aside time for this work, but the reality is there are more things to fix and improve than we planned for." Ben Irving & Chad Robertson wrote. The post also details several things that are on the table at BioWare that are in direct response to player feedback. These include: The Cataclysm event is important and it's a big focus with new challenges and rewards while "pushing the story forward". More about Cataclysm will be revealed in May.
