I don’t have an awful lot to talk about this morning, apart from just how badass my Orc Warrior Lady looks in the Blackhand set combined with the revamped version of the crazy Black Temple shield and Mechanar sword.  As much as I generally did not like the story arc of Warlords of Draenor…  it produced a bunch of gear that I absolutely love.  The Iron Wrath set still is among my all-time favorite Warrior sets and I really need to put some time into farming the transmog bits that I am missing.  One of the things I realized last night is that my attachment to the Sun Eater’s appearance is at least in small part because I farmed Heroic Mechanar for ages to try and get it.  It also made me realize how different the economy of gear is now as to when it was back then. WordPress user registration spam is one of those problems which I believe most of registration enabled WordPress blogs are facing. If you have a WordPress blog or BuddyPress and your registration is enabled by default, you might notice lots of spam users signing up every day. And if default permission for user level is contributor, you might get lots of posts for review and needless to say most of them will be spam posts. Today, I’m going to share one WordPress plugin call WangGuard which is out of the box plugin to stop spam user registration in WordPress. Earlier, I talked about Sabre WordPress plugin which was also very useful to block spam and automated registration on your blog. I receive hundreds of comments on my blog posts every day, and many of them are spam which is caught by Akismet. Many times, however, people will use a fake email address to comment. I don’t see any point in accepting comments from fake email addresses, and often the comments are bogus or added simply to create a negative bias. For example, let’s say you have posted a nice review of a certain piece of software and you see a comment such as, “This software is bogus and… (blah blah blah)”.
