1. Raptor And the most useful mount of them all, is ironically the first mount players receive in the Path of Fire expansion. The Raptor is all about speed, and MMORPG players love being fast when it comes to anything and everything. Raptors are able to cover long distances lightning fast thanks to its movement ability, which leaps forward in long strides. You have two charges, but they do replenish pretty quick. You’ll find a majority of players using Raptors by default in game, and only switching to another mount when the situation calls for it. Its combat ability isn’t bad either, and can round up enemies in a cluster for convenience. … [Read more...] about Top 5 Guild Wars 2 Mounts Ranked From Worst To Best

Lastly, no legacy event list would be complete without Tequatl the Sunless. This event still tops one of the most played events in game, and often requires you to get into the zone early so you get a spot with good zone-mates. This event still routinely fails, as the phases require strong coordination to ensure the mega-laser … [Read more...] about Returning to Guild Wars 2 – World Boss Wonderment

After Robin took us through why we should love this Pawala pretender, I decided it was time to get back into the seasonal spirit. Dropping into the Mad King’s labyrinth and preparing for the perpetual grind is pretty much the expectations I now have for this holiday favorite. My skeleton bashing was interrupted, this time, by the addition of a mount race in the Mad King’s domain. A relatively small slither of new content for this seasonal update, this is one of two new mount races in a marathon of content that is intended to give players value from their time. … [Read more...] about Guild Wars 2 Mount Racing Making a Mountain out of a Wurmhill
