Launch titles for nintendo switch
The Nintendo Switch console is proving to be a game changer. Since it’s launch and announcement this year about two new updated models coming, the console has added a ton of games to its roster, ranging from iconic exclusives to well known third party and indie titles. The one area that’s also seen some growth is the amount of MMO games on the Nintendo Switch. On paper, it sounds daunting and hard to play considering MMOs are known for being demanding games. Both in terms of the amount of skills and network bandwidth. However, the console is proving everyone wrong with some titles on it already. Therefore if you’re looking to play MMOs on the Nintendo Switch, here are some great titles that are already out and are on the way. Warframe Warframe was the first of the well known third party games to come to the Nintendo Switch, and it’s an online MMO that’s famous for many reasons. For starters, its free to play model means you pay for no content and there are … [Read more...] about Top 5 MMOs To Play On The Nintendo Switch 2019
Are you jamming with Warframe on the Switch? If so, then this past week you had an extra reason to jam hard, as Digital Extremes released the Fortuna content update on Nintendo’s platform. “In Fortuna, Nintendo Switch players will meet the new Faction Solaris United to kick off this enormous expansion,” a press release said. “Whether in the underground hub city of Fortuna or on the surface of the Orb Vallis, players can dive into Solaris United’s stories, learn about the plight of The Business, Eudico, Rude Zuud, the crafty Ventkids, and others, and help them rebel against their brutal oppressors.” (Thanks to Sophiskiai for pointing this story out!) This is just the beginning of the rest of the news! Read on for a roundup of other smaller MMO news stories and videos from this past week in this edition of The MOP Up (and if you don’t see a news story that we should have covered, drop us a tip)! The Cycle’s team has … [Read more...] about The MOP Up: Warframe brings Fortuna to Nintendo Switch
There are new multiplayer Pokemon games coming to the Nintendo Switch, and just like Pokemon Go, they’ll bring with them motion controls for picking up the eponymous Pokemon. Let’s Go Eevee and Let’s Go Pikachu will both feature similar mechanics for tossing pokeballs and capturing monsters, with several other features inspired by Pokemon Go… and the option to transfer the original 151 Pokemon from your Pokemon Go stable into the game. Yes, all of that work you did roaming in the park to catch Pidgeys is going to pay off. The titles even are planned to include multiplayer, so just go out and catch every single Pidgey. The cross-compatibility doesn’t work both ways, but Pokemon Go will still be celebrating by introducing the Alolan Exeggutor variant to the game along with the launch of these titles. This is the first Alolan form added to the game, and it should give you another reason to catch these particular monsters out in the world. Assuming you … [Read more...] about New multiplayer Pokemon games are headed for the Nintendo Switch with Pokemon Go cross-compatibility
Similar to NCsoft, Netmarble recently announced its latest financial status to the public and its shareholders. While the overall revenue went up for Q4 2017, the operating and net profits went down, most probably due to increased operating costs and several investments in other companies. I wouldn’t really read too much into these minor decreases, as Netmarble remains one of the biggest and most profitable games companies in Asia. On to the actual gaming news! As you might have known, developer Jam City is creating the mobile game Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery. Just a heads up that Jam City is a subsidiary of Netmarble after getting USD 130 million investment from the Korean giant. Project M is actually a new mobile game based on Magic: The Gathering! Based on the massive IP created by Wizards of the Coast, the unnamed game is being developed by Netmarble Monster, an internal studio which previously made games such as Star Wars: Force Arena, Marvel: Future Fight, Raven, and … [Read more...] about – Project M and Seven Knights for Nintendo Switch revealed
