Before I get into anything, I would like to inform you guys that this list will be a continuation to our previous Top free to play MMORPG list, and therefore none of the games listed there will be found in this list, thus it being (Part 2)! With that out of the way, I’ll be talking to you guys about what I believe are The Best Free To Play MMORPGs (discluding the previously mentioned MMOs.) One of the very few superhero MMORPGs on the market. Although admittedly not as good in my opinion gameplay-wise, Champions Online is nevertheless an incredibly entertaining MMORPG. It has a lesser focus on story elements and a larger emphasis on freedom to do what you want and create what you want than its competitor, DC Universe Online. I am not comparing the two, simply stating that the reason Champions Online is on this list is because of the freedom the game gives you and the quirky style of game it is. From what we’ve seen it doesn’t take itself seriously. And that … [Read more...] about The Best Free To Play MMORPGs Of 2017
Top 10 free to play mmorpg
Let me start this off by saying when I was growing up I was a very poor kid. I grew up in a poor family and couldn’t afford most video games. I, therefore, ended up renting them. Now, I’ve played a lot of MMORPGs over the years, most of them free to play, and a couple of them pay to play. This was after I got much older though and could actually afford a subscription based MMORPG. World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy XIV, Rift when it was still a good game, TERA when it was pay to play. They all seemed so much better than popular free to play games like Fiesta, Perfect World, Revelation Online, Closers. So what makes pay to play MMORPGs that much better? Or for that matter, do you even believe pay to play MMORPGs are? I do. I know what you’re thinking. “It’s because pay to play MMORPGs have huge budgets! They can put more time, effort and money into their game.” With that being said, what makes people so inclined to play a pay to play MMORPG? Is it … [Read more...] about What Makes Pay To Play MMORPGs Better Than Free To Play MMORPGs?
It’s that time of the year again. Almost Christmas – and subsequently the end of the year. Final Fantasy XIV is one of the few pay-to-play MMORPGs left capable of maintaining a subscription-based model. The Elder Scrolls Online is one of the few buy-to-play MMORPGs capable of maintaining a purchase-to-play model. MapleStory 2 is, actually, a newer MMORPG. It is completely free-to-play and released late in 2018. Players are capable of going directly to their website right now, downloading it, and playing it. Both RuneScape, Old School RuneScape, and the recent introduction of RuneScape Mobile have turned RuneScape into one of the most played MMOs on the web. Burning Soul Worker is a private server based on the Anime-MMO, Soul Worker Online. Guild Wars 2 is free to play, technically, but requires the purchase of each expansion to actively participate in end-game content. So, it is, once again, technically, one of the few buy-to-play MMORPGs capable of … [Read more...] about Top 10 Most Played MMORPGs in 2019

So keeping with the tradition of featuring 10 MMORPGs per month you potentially haven’t played, I’d like to welcome you all to May 2019’s. Let’s start this off with probably the most requested game not currently in any of these lists, Phantasy Star Online 2. This is a private server for Closers because honestly, although En Masse do an alright job at publishing the game, it’s on its last legs. And people know it – especially with the recent Kritika shut down. I’m sure a lot of you have played Blade & Soul. I mean by this point who hasn’t?
